The
charging of the ERGOMATIC 2000 is simple. The SMC-charge is placed on
the belt at the back end of the loader. The charging is carried out when
the press is closed. The charging height can easily be adjusted by the
operator to suit his or her height. This will give an ergonomically correct
working position for the operator, who will be relived from awkward fibs
into hot tools. The total environment can be improved too, by installing
a suction device on the loaders cover to extract the solvent fumes from
the SMC charges. After charging the operator has to acknowledge and start
the loader by a two-hand switch. |

At the start signal the lid over the charging end will close and the loader rises to the preset height. At that position the loader remains on "stand by". During "standby" the operator is free to prepare the next charge or to load another press. When the press opens and is demoulded the signal "load" goes to the loader and the loading table moves into the press for positioning the charge on to the tool. The endless belt remains stationary when the table retracts and the charge drops horisontally on to the tool at the predestinated position. When the press closes the loader sinks to the preprogrammed height, the lid opens and the belt moves to the charging position. |
